What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an HR role where I can drive end-to-end recruitment, use data in sourcing and reporting, and improve onboarding and candidate experience—while contributing to efficient HR operations and continuous process improvement.

I’m a results-oriented HR professional with experience across the full recruitment lifecycle, with a focus on data-driven sourcing, screening, and onboarding strategies. I manage HR records and reporting to improve operational efficiency and candidate experience.

In my HR Intern (SIP) role, I orchestrated end-to-end recruitment workflows for high-volume roles, streamlining interview scheduling and improving candidate communication, satisfaction, and interview success rates. I collaborated with hiring managers to refine candidate profiles and maintained weekly recruitment reports to keep stakeholders aligned.

I also supported HR operations by resolving employee grievances within defined SLA and contributed to a PBL project analyzing performance management systems in Uttarakhand’s healthcare sector. I bring a hands-on, improvement-minded approach to HR operations, recruitment, and retention-focused recommendations.
