With extensive experience in unified communications and contact center engineering, I have implemented and integrated Cisco UCCE solutions for various clients. I am skilled in providing training and support to customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless project delivery.

I hold multiple certifications, including Cisco Certified DevNet Professional and Cisco Broadworks Engineer Professional. I am fluent in Arabic, French, and English, with a beginner's proficiency in Spanish. Outside of work, I am passionate about giving back to the community and have participated in humanitarian missions.
