I’m looking for a recruitment role where I can own full-cycle hiring, build strong talent pipelines, and partner closely with hiring managers—especially for IT and Non-IT roles—while keeping the candidate experience high and processes well-managed.

I’m a results-driven HR & Recruitment professional with 2.5+ years of experience delivering full-cycle recruitment across IT and Non-IT roles. I partner with hiring managers to understand needs, build talent pipelines, and source qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, and job boards.
