I’m looking for a US healthcare RCM role where I can own AR overpayments/credits or prior authorizations end-to-end. I want a team that values accuracy, timely follow-ups with payers, and continuous process improvement to reduce denials and delays.

I’m a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable professional with hands-on experience managing overpayments and credit balance processing for US healthcare clients, ensuring 100% accuracy in AR operations. I review and process refund requests, investigate payment discrepancies, and support month-end and quarterly closing activities while maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality.

In parallel, I’m experienced in end-to-end prior authorization and patient eligibility verification, including coverage, copays, deductibles, OOP, and authorization requirements. I initiate, submit, and track authorization requests through payer portals, perform outbound and inbound payer calls, validate clinical documentation and medical necessity, and work to reduce authorization turnaround time through process improvement and follow-ups.
