I'm currently supporting end-to-end AR follow-up and denial management at Sutherland, working denied and pending claims through resolution.

I analyze denial reasons, review EOBs and payer policies, submit appeals and reconsiderations, and communicate directly with insurance payers to maximize reimbursement.

Previously at Omega Healthcare Management, I managed AR work queues, corrected claims for resubmission, and coordinated with billing and coding teams to reduce repeat denials. I worked with Medicare, Medicaid, BCBS, Aetna, and UHC while verifying eligibility, benefits, and authorizations.

I'm focused on reducing AR days, improving collections, maintaining accurate documentation, and consistently meeting productivity, quality, and SLA targets.
