I've launched and scaled ventures including Freedo, a shared mobility business that reached eight cities with a 1,200-vehicle fleet, and Surge EV, a convertible 2W-3W platform advanced through prototype, field trials, and regulatory pathway work.

At Eaton, I design and drive EatoX, the enterprise venture studio for new digital and physical businesses. I also shape ISO 56000-aligned innovation governance, lead ITONICS adoption globally, and built an AI/LLM-enabled solution for idea evaluation, knowledge discovery, expert matching, and portfolio analytics.

Previously, I founded TIDE for National Highways UK, creating a 10-year innovation growth strategy and ecosystem model across accelerators, universities, incubators, and VC networks. At Deloitte, I co-founded Deloitte Learning Academy, which generated INR 20 Cr in its first year, and helped take an AI-powered financial asset from PoC to client pilot.

My work also spans national innovation policy and technology commercialisation, including supporting 300+ technologies, establishing university innovation cells, and helping formulate SIPP. I bring hands-on venture execution together with the systems thinking needed to build innovation ecosystems at company and country scale.
