What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead innovation, startup incubation, and ecosystem programs where I can build strategic partnerships, support deep-tech ventures from PoC to scale, and create measurable commercialization outcomes.

At T-Works, I directed 40+ innovation programs and startup cohorts across robotics, AI/ML, MedTech, AgriTech, and clean-tech, delivering 140+ prototypes and products annually from idea selection through TRL/MRL readiness. I supported 40+ deep-tech startups with business-model refinement, product development, DFM/DFA reviews, and go-to-market strategy.

I've incubated 63 startups with a combined portfolio valuation of ₹523 Cr+, assessed 500+ ventures for grant funding, and closed ₹4 Cr in partnerships with JPMorgan Chase, Bosch, Škoda Auto Volkswagen, and MeitY. I also manage innovation infrastructure, build mentor and investor networks, and turn ecosystem partnerships into practical programs, pilots, and commercialization opportunities.
