Developed a provisioning system for IP phones, adopted by key organizations such as the Federal Police and Federal Universities. Created a system for data collection, consolidation, and statistical analysis used by the National Education and Research Network (RNP). Acted as the lead developer for decommissioning software for Petrobras platforms.

Implemented observability in applications using OpenTelemetry, improving monitoring, tracing, and real-time diagnostics. Optimized queries and table structures, significantly improving API performance. Developed a task management and scheduling application along with new feature endpoints.

Migrated part of the infrastructure from GCP to HuaweiCloud. Created playbooks to automate the deployment of services and mass configurations, ensuring standardization. Developed GitLab CI/CD pipelines, reducing testing and delivery times. Administered monitoring and observability using Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, and Graylog, significantly improving infrastructure monitoring.

Managed Linux servers in both cloud and on-premise environments. Developed Python applications with RabbitMQ to ensure high availability (HA) in services. Automated deployment of solutions using AWX service and playbooks.
