At TOPdesk, I lead two platform teams working on the Virtual Appliance and SaaS management tooling, with eight direct reports. I work with Product and technical partners on roadmap priorities and technical direction.
As a Cloud Engineer, I built SaaS operations tooling for around 9,000 customer environments and improved the Control Panel used by around 50 colleagues. I also implemented parts of a tooling redesign that split a monolith into separate components and reduced release-related operational freezes from hours to minutes.
Earlier at TOPdesk, I was one of the main developers on the Virtual Appliance redesign and rewrite, and rebuilt the CI/CD pipeline by migrating delivery from Jenkins to GitHub. I also defined and led an internal AI-based internship project, from project definition and team selection through delivery and evaluation.
