What I'm looking for

I'm looking for commercial, corporate, financial services, or cross-border legal work where I can independently lead contracts, regulatory matters, transaction structuring, and procurement across jurisdictions.

I run an independent commercial practice from Mumbai, advising on SaaS, licensing, services, NDA and cross-border transaction agreements from first draft through negotiation and signature.

As sole in-house counsel at Blend Financial Services, I ran legal across six jurisdictions and led establishment of a DFSA-regulated DIFC entity. I also managed the contract chain and risk allocation for multi-million-dollar EPC and procurement projects across Africa.

I've supported lending compliance at L&T Finance Holdings, represented clients in trade-remedy proceedings before Indian, US and EU authorities, and handled IP, media, debt recovery, consumer and environmental matters. I'm admitted to practice in India and work independently across time zones.
