I've drafted, reviewed, negotiated, and managed 400+ commercial contracts, including MSAs, SaaS agreements, vendor agreements, franchise agreements, supply agreements, manufacturing agreements, NDAs, and SOWs. In secondment roles, I've supported store expansion, contract lifecycle management, legal-risk mitigation, and business teams while maintaining a two-working-day turnaround timeline.
I've also supported share acquisitions, business transfers, and joint ventures across healthcare and alcohol-beverage sectors, drafting term sheets, due diligence reports, business transfer agreements, joint venture agreements, and shareholder agreements. Earlier, I worked on corporate regulatory matters, transaction documents, legal opinions, and commercial litigation support.
