At Queens Library, I teach people to build their first working projects in web development, Arduino, 3D printing, and AI tools. I also write step-by-step guides and onboard new tech mentors.
I built an AI booking assistant for a live salon site that books, reschedules, and cancels appointments. I wrote automated tests for made-up actions and prices, checked proposed actions against a schema, and added a fallback path for when the model is off.
I scoped and shipped the CS Career Navigator solo, and 21+ people are actively using it. After iterating on direct user feedback, I improved suggestion relevance by 40% and automated follow-up emails at submission and 14 days later.
