Alongside this, I resolve customer queries during the claim process, build relationships through regular meetings with channel partners & customers, and manage NPS by analyzing Average Claim payouts to identify detractors.

My background includes operational management and technical assessment of motor vehicles, including inspection of mechanical and structural damage. With an MBA (Marketing, HR) and a Diploma in Insurance (Licentiate Examination), I’m committed to compliance, continuous improvement, and problem solving that supports both customers and business goals.
