Shubham Chaudhary

I work at the intersection of forest rights, community institutions and forest-based livelihoods in the tribal and rainfed landscapes of Jharkhand. Currently an Executive with PRADAN in Gumla district, I work with Gram Sabhas through Community Forest Resource processes and post-recognition management planning, and build livelihood systems around NTFPs, medicinal plants, agroforestry, lac and livestock. My work runs from village-level implementation to programme design — training modules, proposals, budgets and monitoring — alongside engagement with government systems. I hold degrees in Geography and Social Work from Jamia Millia Islamia.
