At CYSD's PRAYAS Project, I lead horticulture and diversified livelihood interventions across Titilagarh block, supporting 1,600 households in vegetable cultivation, 600 households in mushroom cultivation, and 40 hectares of agroforestry and orchard plantation.

I mobilize communities, identify households, train farmers, and connect producers with markets, government schemes, extension services, NGOs, and other stakeholders. My work focuses on sustainable production, income diversification, food security, and long-term adoption of livelihood interventions.

Previously, at the Kisan Call Center supported by IFFCO, I advised farmers on crop cultivation, pest management, soil health, irrigation, government schemes, and subsidies. I also conducted follow-ups to understand whether field-level support was effective.

With an MBA in Agribusiness and a B.Sc. in Agriculture, I bring practical field exposure in crop production, rural development, mushroom cultivation, farmer advisory, data collection, reporting, and community mobilization.
