BHAGYAPRAVA MISHRA

I lead integrated natural resource management work at PRADAN in Keonjhar, supporting village development planning through ridge-to-valley approaches.

I train project staff, NGO personnel, and community members in INRM techniques, sustainable agriculture, and access to government schemes. My work includes agriculture, horticulture, forestry, livestock, land, and water resource interventions.

Previously, I served as a Technical Consultant with the Panchayati Raj and Drinking Water Department in Sinapali Block, preparing estimates and bills and implementing MGNREGA projects. I encouraged job card holders to participate in government projects and access daily wages locally.

I also bring technical experience as a CAD and LIDAR Engineer, using AutoCAD, AutoCAD 3D, and MicroStation V8 for drafting and project work. I hold a Civil Engineering degree and use planning, monitoring, evaluation, and community engagement to strengthen livelihoods and food security.
