I am a People Operations and Recruitment Lead with over three years of experience building and scaling HR functions in both startup and corporate environments. I thrive as an early HR hire, partnering with founders to design roles, hiring pipelines, and people systems from scratch.

At Opt2deal, I served as the first HR hire and de-facto People Lead, owning end-to-end recruitment for 50+ hires across operations, sales, support, and leadership while implementing onboarding, training, and HR systems to support rapid growth.

In a corporate setting at Sun Life India Service Centre, I supported HRIS accuracy, compliance, onboarding, payroll coordination, and HR reporting—bringing structured processes and audit-ready standards to people operations.
