At Oracle, I’m a Member Technical Staff, where I owned and delivered a critical cloud patching optimization within 10 days by redesigning the VM OS + GI + DB maintenance flow to eliminate avoidable database restarts—improving patch efficiency across 100s of databases. I also designed failure-aware partial-cluster patch recovery logic for multi-node GI/RAC environments and built an automated diagnostics and support-escalation layer by integrating Oracle TFA into the patch lifecycle, generating structured JSON incident payloads for automatic SR creation.

Earlier, as an Amazon Software Engineer Intern, I designed and delivered an AWS QuickSight reporting dashboard over Andes-backed datasets to transform raw tables into decision-ready visual insights. I also build hands-on projects—like an AI-driven news app with LLM-based summarization and metadata extraction, and a concurrent web crawler in C—to sharpen my performance thinking and system-level problem solving.
