At NJIT Resident Life, I create MySQL- and Tableau-driven operational dashboards across 10,000+ records, translating occupancy and capacity trends for 2,000+ residents into actionable decisions. I've also built data-validation routines that flag recurring housing-log inconsistencies.
As Product Owner for Service Hub, I led a four-person team through architecture decisions, PR reviews, and CI checks. I migrated a hybrid MongoDB and Supabase design to PostgreSQL-backed Supabase, added Row Level Security and indexing, and kept standard queries under 10ms.
