What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a people-first role where I can lead recruitment, strengthen client relationships, improve onboarding and HR workflows, and support high-quality service delivery.

I've led end-to-end recruitment, executive support, and VVIP client service for Al Darari Human Resources in Dubai, supporting private households, senior roles, and luxury and hospitality clients. I also coordinated visa, residency, documentation, business setup, licensing, and compliance requirements with UAE authorities.

Previously, I managed key account portfolios and B2B sales workflows at Talabna using Zoho CRM, and spent five years improving hiring, onboarding, engagement, and retention at the Center for Public Health Development. I also provide accurate Nepali-English interpretation for Kelly Services while maintaining confidentiality, cultural sensitivity, and meaning.
