I’m a Cloud and Network Infrastructure Engineer supporting enterprise network and collaboration infrastructure across global environments. In my current role, I provide L2/L3 cloud and network infrastructure operations for 100+ enterprise conferencing devices across 25+ global sites, ensuring high availability.

I monitor network and system performance using Azure Portal, Teams Rooms Pro Portal, and Webex Control Hub to detect latency, packet loss, and service degradation. I resolve 50+ critical incidents monthly using Layer 1 to Layer 4 troubleshooting, act as an L3 escalation SME, and manage Azure AD security groups for NPA service accounts while maintaining SOP/RCA documentation.
