Designed and implemented network architecture for an S/4HANA migration from NTPC on-premise to AWS RISE, including VPN/tunneling and private connectivity. Built automated SAP monitoring dashboards and performed network/system troubleshooting and monitoring across migration environments.

Owned network/security consulting work including Git branching and release management, CI/CD automation, Kubernetes container orchestration, and AI/LLM deployment infrastructure support. Managed Azure and GCP PaaS/IaaS resources using infrastructure as code, implemented monitoring/logging and security tool integrations, and delivered secure cloud networking designs with cost governance.

Provided network engineering support including firewall configuration for IPsec tunnels, investigation and remediation of incidents using device logs, and server/network monitoring. Supported AWS/Azure-based activities for the ASTER project, including WCS server troubleshooting and deployment.

Handled L3 network operations including incident investigation from firewall/endpoint/server/IDS-IPS logs, remediation, and incident closure follow-ups. Performed firewall/switch/router configurations, troubleshooting for breakdowns, and worked on Linux/MySQL servers and Azure support activities.

Supported NSE and enterprise support activities by monitoring, troubleshooting, and repairing server and hardware/network issues in the data center. Produced daily operational reports, managed customer link status updates, escalated tickets, and supported VPN service management and data center engineering operations.

Maintained data center and POP infrastructure with responsibility for uptime and equipment onboarding. Performed preventative maintenance, monitored alarms/temperature, and executed basic troubleshooting and repairs for network hardware.

Completed a Diploma in Electronics Engineering from Govt. Polytechnic Ghaziabad, covering the 2012–13 to 2014–15 academic years.
