I use AR aging reports and payment trends to identify credit risk, while coordinating with funding, underwriting, and operations teams on funding decisions.
Previously, I led end-to-end AR and AP operations at Genpact India, including invoice processing, collections, reconciliation, and B2B collections for U.S. healthcare equipment clients. I implemented process improvements that reduced invoice processing time by 15%.
