At SIMPLE EDUCATION FOUNDATION, I lead monitoring, evaluation and learning for 800+ pre-service teachers. I develop baseline and exit assessments, classroom observation tools and dashboards to track learning outcomes and teaching practices.
I created an M&E framework for Mentor Pods, a peer-mentoring programme, and developed and facilitated learning experiences with teacher-training institutions.
As an Associate, I analysed 3,000+ responses across 100+ datasets, designed workshop modules and facilitated workshops for pre-service teachers. I also created quarterly impact and evaluation reports with data visualisations for donors and programme stakeholders.
Earlier at SIMPLE EDUCATION FOUNDATION, I evaluated teaching practices, strategy implementation and classroom culture using classroom observations, and co-developed an evaluation report. As a Programme Development Intern, I co-designed and facilitated Differentiated Instruction workshops for trainees across teacher training institutes.
