I’m a Product Manager with 6+ years of experience building and scaling CRM, cloud, and data-led platforms in enterprise environments. I lead end-to-end product builds, improve operational efficiency through structured problem-solving, and stay focused on balancing business goals with user needs.

At Gartner Inc., I led a Salesforce migration for Gartner Research Board, improving workflows and delivering a 70% efficiency improvement. I also built and launched a recommendation engine to improve client insight relevance, introduced structured tracking for engagement reliability, and shaped roadmaps with 50+ stakeholders across 15+ services.
