I’m looking for a backend role where I can build secure, scalable APIs and measurable performance wins, while using RAG/LLM capabilities responsibly. I want a team that values testing, CI/CD, and practical engineering ownership.

I’m a Backend Engineer Intern focused on building production-minded backend services with Java and Spring Boot. I design secure, scalable APIs—often using JWT authentication, clean controller-service-repository structure, and solid data modeling in PostgreSQL.

In recent projects, I built an AI-powered civic intelligence platform that maps citizen issues to responsible departments, officials, laws, and complaint channels. I designed jurisdiction-aware search with recursive PostgreSQL CTEs and improved search latency by 97% (900ms to 27ms) using Redis caching, while adding Kafka-based event streaming for analytics and pgvector + Ollama semantic search fallback.

I also rebuilt an AI startup documentation platform backend from Python/FastAPI into Java Spring Boot, incorporating stateless JWT auth, BCrypt hashing, UUID identifiers, and centralized exception handling. I’m currently developing a RAG-based multi-agent pipeline to generate BRDs, market research, and planning documents, grounded with contextual retrieval to reduce hallucinations—while staying disciplined with testing, CI/CD, and Docker-based deployments.
