What I'm looking for

I left JPMorgan Chase to take more ownership and build something meaningful. At VectorShift, I’ve shipped AI products used by private equity teams, from unclear requirements through production issues. I’m looking for a team with an idea I believe in, where I can help shape the product, work directly with founders and users, and own what I ship.

I build backend systems and applied AI products, and enjoy taking a vague product requirement through to something people use in production.

At VectorShift, I work on Deal Intelligence and Portfolio Engine for private equity teams. Deal Intelligence turns uploaded documents into a configurable knowledge graph. One of the harder problems was reconciling out-of-order uploads so older information preserves useful history without replacing the latest state. Portfolio Engine is built with Rust and PostgreSQL; its generic agent tools cover metrics, custom fields, dashboard views, fund state and scenarios. Analysts can override any value and see dependent projections recalculate.

I have also worked on Go/Redis concurrency and Rust verification workflows with persisted execution state and Protobuf streaming. Previously, I worked on Java/Spring Boot payments tooling at JPMorgan Chase. At Edra Labs, I built document extraction workflows and used a golden dataset of edge cases with Phoenix to compare models, prompts and configurations.

I graduated in Information Technology from K.J. Somaiya College of Engineering in 2025. I am a Kavach hackathon winner and enjoy building side projects, including a Go/Docker execution service. I am looking for an India-remote backend or applied AI role at a product startup with strong engineering standards and meaningful ownership.
