I'm pursuing an MBA at the University of Hyderabad while building practical experience in data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration. I’m focused on digital marketing, campaign performance analysis, and email and newsletter marketing.
For a capstone project in LabourNet Services India , I designed a reporting framework across Digital, Infrastructure, and Business Services verticals, ran surveys to identify skill gaps, and consolidated findings into structured stakeholder reports. I partnered with HR teams to translate data into actionable recommendations for talent alignment and engagement.
I’ve also supported recruitment and employee engagement at Karnavati Aviation and designed layouts and visual elements for ECHO’s digital magazine. I use Excel, Google Sheets, dashboards, and AI-assisted tools to support reporting, content, and workflow needs.
