I am a BBA student with hands-on experience in recruitment operations, marketing outreach, and stakeholder engagement. My journey has equipped me with the ability to manage outreach campaigns effectively, utilize CRM tools, and communicate efficiently with leads. I am currently enhancing my data handling and reporting skills through business analytics tools like Power BI and SQL, while also developing a keen interest in client acquisition and relationship building.

My academic background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from Gayatri Vidya Parishad College, where I have maintained a CGPA of 8.6/10. I have undertaken projects such as the Customer Churn Analysis using the IBM Telco Dataset, where I analyzed over 7,000 customer records to identify churn indicators and retention triggers. This project allowed me to build interactive dashboards that significantly improved insight clarity.

In my professional experience, I have interned in digital marketing and human resources, where I successfully improved campaign analytics and streamlined onboarding processes. I am passionate about leveraging my skills in data analysis and visualization to drive impactful business decisions.
