What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a product design role where I can own end-to-end UX/UI, lead design teams, and use AI-augmented workflows to ship faster. I want strong cross-functional collaboration, measurable usability improvements, and high craft.

I’m a Senior Product Designer and design leader with 5+ years of experience shipping end-to-end digital products across Web3, fintech, SaaS, and AI. I own the complete design lifecycle—from UX research and user flows to high-fidelity UI, advanced prototyping, motion, and precise developer handoff.

I improve outcomes through structured usability testing and iterative validation, including improving user task success rates by 28%. I build strong foundations with Figma design systems from scratch—design tokens, component libraries, and QA-ready specifications that make engineering faster and more confident.

As a lead, I mentor and grow teams of 5-6 designers and support hiring—interviewing 20+ candidates and running critiques and design reviews across parallel projects. I’m also hands-on in bridging design intent to implementation by authoring detailed developer handoff documentation for interaction states, animation specifications, accessibility, typography, and spacing.

I’m an early adopter of AI-augmented design: prompt engineering, training/customizing design copilots, and building workflows with Claude, ChatGPT, UX Pilot, Codia AI, Lovable, and Bolt to compress cycles from concept to working prototypes.
