What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an entry-level Cloud Support role where I can deliver reliable infrastructure support and operational excellence.

At Xtelify (Bharti Airtel), I resolved L1 infrastructure support tickets across Compute, Storage, Backup, Database, and Network operations. I investigated incidents, documented root causes and resolutions in Jira, and escalated unresolved cases to L2/L3 teams.

I used Linux and Bash for routine infrastructure checks and maintained operational tracking through Confluence and Excel. I also contributed to a cloud automation initiative that identified unused VM instances to support resource optimization and cost reduction.

In my Cloud Resource Optimization Automation project, I analyzed VM usage data and defined thresholds to flag underutilized resources. I also built a Python computer-vision application for real-time yoga pose scoring and an application that automates exam seat allocation.
