What I'm looking for

I’m looking to join a team where I can lead M&A diligence and corporate finance, combine FP&A rigor with investment decision-making, and work close to leadership to drive measurable value creation.

I’m a finance and corporate development professional currently expanding my investment toolkit through an MSc in Finance at London Business School (Global Elective Exchange at Columbia Business School), with electives in PE/VC investing, distressed investing, financial analysis of M&A, and securities modelling.

At Clyde Industries, a PE-backed middle-market industrials platform, I worked alongside the CFO and external advisors on M&A transactions—executing in-house financial due diligence, including QoE analysis, to support investment decisions. I supported buy-side and sell-side activity across carve-outs and strategic add-ons, including diligence and transaction planning for a $175mm all-cash strategic acquisition (target business: $92mm revenue / $21mm EBITDA, ~8.2× EV/EBITDA), and supported a carve-out acquisition from Clyde Bergemann Power Group.

In parallel, I led EMEA FP&A responsibilities—building DCF and scenario-based models for capital allocation and investment prioritization, partnering with C-suite on European market entry opportunities, and improving liquidity through DSO/DPO analysis and revised terms. I previously served as Financial Analyst and started with product management intern work at Global Payments, where I helped identify acquisition targets for strategic M&A discussions.
