What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead finance strategy, capital allocation, transformation, and value creation in a high-growth SaaS, private equity-backed, or international business.

I've led finance for Fin Edge, Jigsaw Education Group, and SMIP Group, partnering with CEOs, Boards, and investors to scale SaaS and international businesses. At Fin Edge, I lead capital structuring, governance, regulatory compliance, and finance transformation for a VC-backed SaaS and digital assets company.

At SMIP Group, I secured £40M in private equity funding, led integration of £100M+ acquisitions, supported IPO readiness, and drove expansion across the USA and Asia. At Jigsaw Education Group, I delivered more than 5% monthly recurring revenue growth, improved profitability by 15%, and reduced churn from 12% to 8%.
