At IT Niche LLC, I build and support AI-enabled SaaS products for US clients, including a high-volume cold-email platform and a multi-tenant RAG chatbot with knowledge ingestion, CRM, subscriptions, analytics, and administrative controls.

I've also delivered an AI voice-agent platform and an enterprise warehouse-management solution, translating client requirements into React, Next.js, Node.js, GraphQL, MongoDB, Supabase, and PostgreSQL systems.
