What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a more senior role with broader responsibility for shaping policy direction, leading reform, and influencing how systems evolve through sound judgement, regulatory awareness, and cross-organisational collaboration.

At the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government, I lead policy work on infrastructure resilience, regulatory reform, and cross-government coordination. I draft proposals, brief senior officials, lead consultation work, represent the UK in discussions with EU officials, and am drafting a white paper informed by technical, operational, and strategic insight.

Previously at the Department for Work and Pensions, I led multi-agency support for care leavers and helped young people access employment through Kickstart, job fairs, and skills programmes. I build consensus across government, industry, local authorities, and civil society, translating complex issues into clear, workable policy and services.
