I’m a Data Science student with hands-on experience translating messy data into clear, decision-ready reporting. I enjoy building analytics that stakeholders can actually use—whether that’s compliance-ready summaries or interactive dashboards.

In my Operations & Administration Intern role, I maintained and organized client records using Excel-based tracking systems, prepared NDIS compliance summaries and internal performance reports, and ensured audit readiness. I also streamlined scheduling and data entry workflows for support worker assignments, improving efficiency and data integrity across participant files.

In projects, I built end-to-end business intelligence solutions using Python and SQL, including a customer behavior and revenue intelligence dashboard deployed on Streamlit Cloud. I used RFM segmentation and CLV (BG/NBD) forecasting to drive retention insights—improving revenue visibility by 40% for stakeholders.

I also build strong, reliable analytics products with a focus on data modeling, validation, and storytelling. From HR analytics with ETL pipelines to Power BI KPI dashboards with DAX and root-cause analysis, I aim to reduce manual effort, prevent reporting errors, and deliver measurable impact.
