At CBRE, I build data-driven tools that turn unstructured real-estate and news data into usable insights. I independently designed an end-to-end Python pipeline to scrape and structure RERA data across Maharashtra, Gujarat, Delhi, and West Bengal.
I also automated a Google News scraper that reads company names from Excel and identifies growth signals such as Growing, Hiring, and Expanding, supported by an interactive frontend. My work combines Python, Selenium, TypeScript, React, Pandas, NumPy, EasyOCR, and Openpyxl.
Alongside data science, I build full-stack and AI-powered products, including a Next.js and Tailwind iPad calculator connected to a Python backend using the Gemini LLM. I bring hands-on experience in MERN development, data extraction, machine learning, RAG, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
