At Neeyamo – Payroll, I process Denmark payroll for 500+ employees, validating payroll inputs before processing and coordinating with the in-country payroll partner.
I review payroll outputs and pay registers, rework them into the required Neeyamo format, and perform validations and reconciliations before sharing registers with clients.
I handle client feedback, payroll corrections, off-cycle processing, and employee queries. I also coordinate post-payroll bank files, payslips, GL files, reports, and holiday account reports through SFTP.
Alongside Denmark payroll, I provide basic support for Sweden, Finland, and Norway payrolls. I use Excel VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables for payroll validation, data analysis, and reconciliation.
