At Reliance Jio, I redesigned the Smart Street Lighting Portal for 100K+ IoT assets, increasing customer adoption by 25%.
I own the roadmap for 100K+ live connected assets and ship AI-led predictive maintenance, theft detection, and energy optimisation features. I also led the 0-to-1 launch and India go-to-market strategy for a B2C solar NB-IoT lighting solution.
I use RAG-based GenAI/LLM tools to synthesize tender data, helping shape two B2B launches and a tender win covering 43,000+ city lights. I work through SAFe Agile and PI planning, shipping MVPs every 15 days and moving features to production every 30 days.
Earlier, I scaled learning programs for 3,000+ students at T.I.M.E, aligned school and community stakeholders at Teach for India, and delivered Agile QA testing for global releases at Tata Consultancy Services.
