I’m a Machine Learning Engineer with 2+ years of experience delivering production-grade ML, automation, and AI-driven systems in collaboration with Microsoft and enterprise clients. I focus on building real-world intelligent products at scale—especially around personalization systems, LLM evaluation, and quality validation.

In my current role at HCLTech (Client: Microsoft), I built Python-based automation and ML workflows that support enterprise-scale validation and experimentation. I validated LLM-enabled features, prompt behavior, telemetry accuracy, and AI workflows, collaborating closely with product managers, data engineers, and QA teams in Agile delivery. I also improved pipeline stability through modular design and refactoring.

Previously, at Verbalyze, I developed conversational AI pipelines using Python and RASA. I improved intent accuracy and dialogue flows by optimizing training data, and I integrated backend APIs with frontend and product workflows to keep systems aligned end to end.

Earlier at UnitedWeCare, I built FastAPI-based backend services with authentication, validation, and documentation, optimizing response latency and error handling for production stability. I also enjoy hands-on work through projects like driver drowsiness detection (OpenCV + ML), facial recognition pipelines, a C# and SQL flight management system, and Python-based voice assistant automation—always emphasizing engineering practices like monitoring, logging, and reliable deployment.
