At HCLTech, I own ML and automation workstreams across two client engagements. For the Next Billing System Automation, I built an ML data pipeline processing 4M+ records monthly and developed incremental learning models that achieved a 0.91 F1 score and 0.94 AUC-ROC.

For the Ticket Resolution Intelligence Platform, I designed a seven-agent LangGraph workflow exposed through FastAPI endpoints. I added fault-tolerant agent calls, human review with audit logging, and evidence-grounded retrieval for ticket resolutions.

I also built and published LLM Reliability Analyzer to PyPI, a diagnostic tool for LLM, RAG, and agent traces. My projects include an async tracing SDK and a RAG document Q&A platform whose Redis caching improved query speed by 117x; I’m open to SDE and MLE roles in backend engineering and data-intensive systems.
