I'm currently building end-to-end platform observability at ValueLabs for AvidXchange, using Dynatrace to monitor user sessions, distributed traces, service health, and host performance. I also automate Azure provisioning and SSL certificate renewals through Azure DevOps, Terraform, and Ansible.
Previously at Tata Consultancy Services supporting Humana, I progressed from Site Reliability Engineer to SRE Team Lead. I implemented Dynatrace, Splunk, Azure Monitor, and Application Insights monitoring; defined SLOs and SLIs; established on-call practices and incident playbooks; and coordinated war rooms to restore service quickly.
My experience also includes production support, root cause analysis, API certificate renewals, Linux log analysis, database investigation with SSMS, and reliable deployment support. I migrated an application from Jack Henry Cloud to Azure while managing provisioning, certificates, monitoring agents, database connectivity, and maintenance pages.
Earlier, I delivered Power BI reporting for SpartanNash, supported research at Northern Illinois University, and tested e-commerce capabilities for Samsung and Triumph at Accenture. I'm seeking an SRE role where I can apply my experience to build more reliable, resilient systems.
