At S&P Global, I work on Spark Assist, an AI assistant for employees, as an SRE and platform engineer. I support the reliability and production stability of its AI services, including deployment readiness and release validation.
For Spark Assist, I manage Azure App Service operations and configure deployment slots for safer releases and quick rollbacks. I also monitor application health and troubleshoot incidents using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics.
Across AWS projects, I designed infrastructure with Terraform and supported Kubernetes deployments. I also created an automated CloudTrail log solution that processes and emails data on a regular basis.
Previously, at IBM, Precisely, Accenture, and Wipro, I worked on cloud operations, CI/CD, Kubernetes deployments, and database reporting. I’m certified in containers and Kubernetes and in Terraform.
