I’m a detail-oriented HR Intern with hands-on experience supporting core HR functions, including onboarding, employee records management, and performance tracking. At HRmadam Consulting, I help ensure new employees get proper documentation and a smooth integration into the team.

I maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases, while also assisting with training coordination and development initiatives. I also support performance tracking by keeping proper documentation, and I manage recruitment scheduling and candidate communication efficiently.

Beyond HR work, I’ve strengthened my organization and communication skills through my volunteer roles as Welfare Secretary with SOSSA and NSASA—where I launched programs, coordinated events, and collaborated with partners. With a B.Sc. Sociology (First Class Honours) from the University of Lagos, plus training such as ALX AiCE and ALX Virtual Assistant, I bring structure, discretion, and a continuous-learning mindset.
