At Hg Capital, I built the data function from zero and led the firm's transformation from fragmented, Excel-driven processes to a governed enterprise platform spanning the investment lifecycle.

I direct implementation of Hg's data platform on Snowflake, including its semantic layer and AI-first architecture. I also delivered a board-pack AI intelligence proof of concept to the senior leadership team, with production use cases approved for deployment.

At Epson, I owned CRM architecture and governance across the UK and Ireland and supported more than 1,100 EMEAR users. Structured validation controls reduced pipeline discrepancy from 38% to less than 1% and generated £350K in incremental revenue.

Earlier at Travelport, I led a global Salesforce Sales Cloud migration for more than 5,000 users and supported data continuity through the company's acquisition. I also serve as a board member of Pioneer Educational Trust, providing strategic oversight and independent challenge.
