At Aviva, I lead Data Insights for UK Commercial Lines, accountable for data reporting, accuracy, efficiency, and business insight. I redesigned the operating structure for two BI teams, built engineering, business partnering, governance, and AI/ML sub-teams, and introduced tools including Azure DevOps Boards, Streamlit, Power BI, Python, GitHub Copilot, and dbt.
I've led global strategy, risk and governance, strategic projects, and finance business partnering across Aviva, working closely with executive and Board-level leaders. As a Chartered Accountant, I combine strategic framing with hands-on delivery to improve operating models, governance, commercial performance, and large-scale transformation.
