In my most recent role as a Senior Executive, I managed end-to-end onboarding for high-volume customer accounts, ensuring strict document verification and KYC compliance. I maintain accurate client databases, update CRM systems, and generate detailed reports for operational review. I also coordinate with backend and operations teams to resolve escalations quickly and efficiently.

Earlier, I worked as a Recruitment Consultant and HR Recruiter, supporting high-volume recruitment through screening calls, profile shortlisting, and interview alignment. I owned daily recruitment MIS and candidate databases, and I supported onboarding and HR admin tasks while maintaining HRMS/MIS reporting for data-driven decisions.
