At Microsoft, I architected the core engine for Contact Center Orchestration, enabling 211+ customer tenants to manage contact centers across queues and workstreams. The platform handles approximately 5,000+ calls per minute at peak production traffic.
I also architected the prompt-to-execution pipeline, transforming structured LLM prompts into runtime execution logic. Its validation mechanisms supported a zero P0/P1 defect release for AI-driven routing.
For Microsoft’s distributed backend, I architected the foundational DataProvider and Demand-rule runtime, including high-performance NRD caching and batch-read interfaces. I designed and built the External Transfer and Overflow Action APIs end-to-end, and led the In-memory Intent Decision Rulesets initiative.
Before Microsoft, I engineered Java and Spark data pipelines at Goldman Sachs and led backend engineering at VASSAR LABS, including a migration from MySQL to Cassandra. Earlier, I developed enterprise data visualization applications at Thorogood Associates and server-side functionality for RFID-based pharmaceutical tracking at OATS Systems.
