At Nykaa, I own backend architecture for the Customer Experience Platform across post-order journeys, including OMS aggregation, Help Center services, notification orchestration, and internal admin tooling. I also led delivery of in-house AI VoiceBot and ChatBot workflows for order, return, and support journeys.
I built observability for AI interactions using DynamoDB, Prometheus, and Grafana, and re-architected CXP services for multi-tenancy supporting Nykaa’s UAE/GCC expansion. My team placed Top 3 of 25 teams at the AWS x Nykaa Hackathon with CX Radar, an LLM-based platform for evaluating agent and bot conversations.
Previously, I developed Jio’s distributed Transport Management System and worked on Amdocs’ Order Management Product for Telstra. I build with Java, Python, Spring Boot, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native microservices.
