At DigiStall, I lead data analysis for market rental workflows, designing the core system schema, reverse-engineering ERDs, and translating business requirements into sprint-ready user stories. I also secured an Idea2Startup grant from the City Government of Naga through a bootcamp and pitching challenge.
I've built and maintained client applications as a freelance programmer, automated processes with Salesforce Flow Builder and Apex, and configured ServiceNow cloud architecture and ITSM modules.
